The servo system within the DVR-M Series
Servo Voltage Regulators controls a DC motor using a thyristor . A boost transformer and a variac (autotransformer) connected in series with the mains provide voltage regulation at the output.
This prevents voltage drops, surges, and other imbalances in the mains voltage,
ensuring a stable output voltage.
